About me
A designer by training,
a facilitator at heart
As a product designer I learned that a good product starts with the people you make it for, and with a team that speaks the same language. I learned to listen, observe and read behaviour: skills I now also use to help other teams move forward.
I ask the question nobody dares to say out loud, but in a way that keeps everyone at the table. Energetic and calm at the same time: I bring pace, but leave room to think.
At a large financial institution I work on innovative propositions every day, and among other things I set up the innovation training curriculum. Alongside that, through Raktastic, I also help other organisations: from a vague idea to a concrete plan, and from clashing interests to a shared vision. With an approach the team can keep building on, even after I’ve left.
